Rybczynski Would Seek "Coalition For Change" In Albany
Written by Glenn Gramigna, Editor

SMALL BUSINESSMAN BRAD RYBCZYNSKI WOULD SEEK MORE INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDING, LESS RED TAPE FROM ALBANY..."I UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEMS OF SMALL BUSINESSPEOPLE BECAUSE I AM ONE"

How can WNY repair its crumbling infrastructure? How can we more new jobs and investment to our community.

146th District Democratic Assembly candidate Brad Rybczynski believes we can begin to do both by getting the state to undertake a much needed program to repair our roads and bridges.

"If you take a look at the roads and bridges located in the 146th District, you'll see that they are in awful condition, in some cases pitiful condition," he points out. "We need to send an Assemblymember to Albany who will fight for the funding that would be needed to make sure our roads and bridges are safe. I think that everyone would agree that this is one of the most basic resonsibilities of government and we should insist that Albany do its duty in this regard."

Rybczynski predicts that such a program would bring double benefits to WNY.

"Such a program would offer two benefits," he notes. "It would upgrade our infrastructure here in the 146th while making our roads and bridges safer. And, it would also create good paying jobs that would put money in people's pockets that they would spend right here in our own community. It would be a good situation for everyone."

What would he do to reform Albany?

"I'm going to be talking more about this in the future," he pledges. "But one thing I would do is get together with the other freshman legislators and build a coalition for change that could begin to transform our state capital into a place that serves the best interests of all of us.

As he continues is campaign throughout the 146th, Rybczynski sees himself as a candidate whose rich background and wealth of knowledge is just what the district needs.

"People know that I have been able to attract a lot of support from organized labor," he readily acknowledges. "But, I am also known as a fairly conservative Democrat. I'm the only candidate who has emphasized the importance of agriculture in the district. I'm also a small business owner. My company, NYSOL Energy LLC is a green energy firm which is working to help create the new America of the future. As a small businessman myself, I understand the problems small businesspeople confront because of having to deal with government red tape and I would like to help."
